One of the most uplifting feelings is to wake up for the sound of a waterfall while you are laying in a perfectly heated van between two glaciers. In the summer of 2019 I travelled to Iceland for the 5th time. In the previous years I always slept where I could: in tents, on the ground, on a backseat of a Land Rover, or in a glamping - but I’ve never gone to bed into a proper bed.
I always wanted to try a more comfortable way of travelling where I don’t have to struggle in the icecold wind with my tent, so it was an amazing opportunity to work together with Cozy Campers. Living the vanlife dream for 10 days and documenting our adventures through the Highlands was definitely my most enjoyable Iceland experience ever.
